Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION as it will help make your visit more relaxed, comfortable, and enjoyable. Deposit - A none-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment and will be applied towards the service we provide for you on the day of your appointment. Reschedule -If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. However, if your appointment is in less than 24 hours you must contact me before the appointment time. Braiding services - Your hair MUST be washed, blown out, and product free for all hair braiding services. We can wash and blow dry your hair for $20 if you prefer -For the services the prices DO NOT include hair. Hair is available for purchase at our salon. Note: we do not provide the curly hair that is required for some services, you must purchase the curly hair {we may recommend a type of curly hair you may buy} Payment -Payment is required before the start of your service, please check your hair before leaving the salon. After you exit our salon there would be a fee for any corrective/retouch services needed to be done. Please contact us to schedule any corrective/retouch services. -Keep in mind that some styles may not suite everyone. Please be advised that unless there is an issue in the work we have done for you, payment for all our services are final. If you are not satisfied with the style we provided for you, keep in mind that the FULL price would be charged for another service. -In the event that you decide not to keep the extensions, you are fully responsible for the fee for hair extension removal. -We prefer Zelle for the remaining balance for your service, but we also accept credit/debit card payments and Apple pay as a form of payment Note: Remaining balances paid with credit/debit cards will require an extra processing fee. Short hair -If your hair is very short please come in for consultation before booking an appointment to ensure that we will be able to provide a service for you. If you schedule an appointment and we are unable to grip your hair, the deposit that you made may be forfeited. Allergies -Please be aware that the synthetic hair we use may cause you an allergic reaction, if any allergic reaction occurs, neither Sew*A*Fro nor it's employees will be held liable. -If you have any allergies to certain products, you are welcome to bring your own product that you may prefer.
